MAXIMIZE OS
Maximize OS is the platform Maximize Media, a content and marketing agency, uses with its clients and its own team. Clients get one place to track content performance, view YouTube analytics and revenue, review and approve deliverables, and manage publishing to their channels. Clients securely connect their own Google accounts (Google Drive and YouTube) so the platform can organize their content files, display their channel analytics, and publish videos to their channel on their behalf. Anyone who publishes can also connect their own Google Drive, read-only, to pick their own videos and photos while creating a post. Our staff and contractors can connect their own Gmail to the built-in CRM so email with the clients and contacts they work with appears alongside those records, and they can reply from their own address without leaving the platform. Every Google connection is granted by the person who owns the account and can be disconnected at any time.
